Hello GoldenCup 2021 Mission Control Team,
Today was a day of excellent weather as I pedaled from Sugar City, CO to Tribune, KS, (115.46 miles according to Strava). I had a tailwind for a while, but had headwinds most of the day. The temperature was perfect… not too hot and not too cold.
Today I met three cyclists who all started from Yorktown, Virginia on May 22, all riding independently from each other. I’ll give a quick description of each cyclist above their picture. It was great to talk to them and find out about their experiences on theTransAm Trail.
Tomorrow (Thursday), I plan to ride from Tribune, KS to Alexander, KS which is about 120 miles. Then only two more days to reach Eureka, KS on Saturday evening!
Thank you to each team and individual who are helping bring clean water to the dear people of Malawi!
Kind regards,
Michael
