Design Outreach Named Certified Best Christian Workplace
Design Outreach has been named a Certified Best Christian Workplace for 2025 by Best Christian Workplaces, a nonprofit ministry that recognizes some of the best Christian-led organizations in the world.
This certification is based on an anonymous employee engagement survey conducted annually by Best Christian Workplaces, an organization dedicated to helping Christian organizations and Christian-led businesses expand the Kingdom. DO is honored by this recognition, and we believe the results are truly a reflection of God’s grace and the incredible people He has called to serve alongside us. We are blessed to have such a talented, compassionate team of engineers and staff who are deeply committed not only to the work we do but also to the way we work.
The results of our survey placed DO at the top of benchmark comparisons, with our greatest strengths in Inspirational Leadership, Sustainable Strategy, and Life-Giving Work. DO also received top scores related to Humility, Christ-Centered Leadership, and Positive Improvement, with employees feeling particularly positive about their co-workers and leadership support. We are so thankful for our incredible team members who have helped shape the DO culture to be a place where people can thrive in their calling to serve those in poverty. It is a joy to work together to transform communities physically, economically, and spiritually, and we thank God for this incredible opportunity to build His Kingdom.
