Nearly 785 million people on this planet still lack access to even a basic drinking water source. These individuals spend an average of 4 to 6 hours each day collecting water, walking long, perilous paths and missing out on opportunities to better themselves and their communities. But this does not have to be their reality; the solution is LifePump.

At Design Outreach, our goal is to ensure no one ever experiences a day without water. The original LifePumps in Malawi have provided water every day since they were installed in 2013—with some LifePumps used up to 20 hours a day during the dry season. With this water, these communities have grown gardens, built homes, and started small businesses. Providing safe, reliable water transforms communities and opens the door for the Gospel.
